Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or related roles (GMDP/Leadership programs).
• Experience in payer, vendor integration, contracting or healthcare domains.
• Ability to define strategy for complex processes and integrations.
• Ability to translate ambiguous needs into actionable plans.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage nuanced operational issues across multiple teams.
• Strong prioritization and follow-through

Responsibilities

• Define a strategic approach for third-party vendor integrations across the portfolio.
• Own and maintain the inventory of third-party vendors enabled for integration.
• Serve as the single point of contact for new vendors seeking integration.
• Craft field communications and provide guidance on integration models and plan sponsor nuances.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of production issues and ensure appropriate actions
