CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product to lead third-party vendor integrations and shape the integration strategy across the portfolio. You will coordinate across Sales, Product, Operations, Pricing, Claims, and Billing to evaluate opportunities and define execution plans.

The ideal candidate translates complex business needs into clear integration approaches, guiding field teams and stakeholders while driving cross-functional alignment. This role may be remote or hybrid across the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles.
• Experience in payer, vendor integration, contracting, or healthcare programs.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements and actionable plans.
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration across matrixed teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for field-facing materials.
• Ability to drive issue resolution and manage complex operational scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic approach for third-party vendor integrations across the portfolio.
• Own and maintain the inventory of third-party vendors enabled for integration.
• Serve as the single point of contact for the Sales organization regarding new vendors.
• Craft field communications and guidance on integration models and vendor nuances.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of production issues with clear accountability.
• Coordinate updates across pricing, claims, and billing for integrations.
