Job summary

Outreach seeks a Director of Product Strategy to bridge product direction with GTM and customers. You will collaborate with the CPO and product lines to translate market realities into actionable roadmap context and evangelize it across sales, enablement and customers, shaping how we position and price AI-native capabilities.

You will analyze market trends, competitive landscapes and partner opportunities, guiding pricing, packaging, and roadmap priorities to expand Outreach TAM.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy consulting, product management or sales strategy in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to explore new technologies and develop disruptive strategies.
• Experience leading market research projects (qualitative & quantitative).
• Proven track record presenting product strategy to executives (QBRs, EBCs, SKOs).
• Experience with AI tools for Sales or GTM; knowledge of Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or Gong is a plus.
• Exceptional communicator, collaborative across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate market reality into actionable product context and accelerate end-to-end platform evolution.
• Track market, competition and customer feedback to inform roadmap priorities.
• Develop pricing and packaging strategies for AI-native products.
• Produce field-facing content and collateral for executives and customers.
• Present roadmap and demo capabilities at marquee events.
