Job summary

BetterUp is seeking a Senior Product and Go-to-Market Strategist to own the positioning and narrative across the full customer journey. You will translate enterprise problems into compelling messaging, partner with market intelligence, and lead multi-product platform narratives in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

You will collaborate with Product, Demand Gen, and Brand to launch new capabilities, define the platform story, and drive strategic wins with CHROs and other executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of strategy consulting experience with top firms.
• Direct product marketing, HR tech, or B2B SaaS background is a plus.
• Strong writing and storytelling ability for CHROs and CEOs.
• Ability to work across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Demand Gen.

Responsibilities

• Start from the customer's business problem and map it to BetterUp's solutions.
• Inform market intelligence and feedback to sharpen research.
• Own positioning and messaging across the customer journey.
• Lead multi-product and platform narrative.
• Lead product launches with cross-functional partners.
• Turn strategy into scalable field systems and assets.
• Sharpen BetterUp's category position.
• Operate AI-native; use AI to accelerate research and drafting.
