Job summary

Citi is seeking a Product Management Lead Analyst (Java/J2EE) at VP level in a hybrid setup. The role drives strategic product plans, roadmaps, launches, and market positioning.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage client communications, and balance risk and regulatory requirements while advancing Citi's product portfolio. The position requires 10+ years in product management, strong Java/J2EE experience, and solid knowledge of SQL and enterprise frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in product management.
• Experience with Java/J2EE and enterprise platforms.
• Experience with rule engines and Java frameworks (Drools, JBOSS BRMS, Hibernate, Spring).
• Strong SQL and relational database skills.
• Unix/Linux knowledge with scripting experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience in Financial/Credit Card industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and analyzing strategic product roadmaps and launches.
• Participate in day‑to‑day product management for core products and help prioritize work.
• Execute value propositions, pricing, targeting, and channel strategies to compete effectively.
• Provide guidance and training to newer team members.
• Oversee market research and develop product innovation roadmaps.
• Contribute to achieving acquisition targets and financial performance.
