Responsibilities

• Execute and drive results on large-scale development efforts and act as a development lead.
• Guide architecture decisions and ensure alignment with standards and roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers and participate in design reviews across projects.
• Collaborate with TPMs and engineering managers to assess risks and deliverables.
• Communicate progress and risks to business stakeholders to enable informed decisions.
