Job summary

Citi is seeking a Product Management Senior Analyst to coordinate development of product plans, roadmaps and market strategies. You will work with product teams to drive launches, pricing, client engagement and market differentiation across Citi's core offerings.

The role requires deep experience in Java/J2EE, analytics, and risk-aware product management, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and delivering results in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in product management or software development.
• Knowledge of marketing, acquisitions, product development, and analytics.
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication under pressure.
• 6+ years of Java/J2EE client/server development experience.
• 4+ years with Drools/JBoss BRMS rule engines.
• 4+ years with JDBC/SQL, Hibernate and Spring.
• Strong UNIX/Linux knowledge and scripting abilities.
• Experience in Financial/Credit Card industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps and launches.
• Support day-to-day product management for core products and client strategies.
• Develop pricing, targeting and market differentiation to drive growth.
• Provide guidance and training to new team members.
• Oversee market research, product innovation and competitive analysis.
