Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with exposure to banking regulatory compliance.
• 10+ years of experience; leadership experience is a plus.
• Ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience presenting to customers and executives; ability to simplify technical detail.

Responsibilities

• Track revenue and sales goals for Compliance Analytics products.
• Define KPIs and monitor product performance and market share.
• Communicate market strategy and roadmap to executives and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align market strategy and execution.
• Act as product growth champion, delivering enhancements and GTM tools for sales growth.
• Develop data-driven business cases and revenue projections.
• Champion new product innovation and lean product cycles.
• Prioritize developments based on customer needs and market potential.
