Qualifications

• 5+ years in compliance analytics, monitoring or surveillance, or a similar data role in regulated lending/fintech.
• Ability to translate regulatory obligations into data checks and automated pipelines.
• Experience building, validating, and documenting data workflows for exams and audits.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, operation, and governance of automated compliance monitoring and evidence-producing checks.
• Serve as primary data owner for regulatory examinations and bank audits; scope requests and document methodologies.
• Mentor and provide day-to-day direction to a supporting data analyst; ensure independence and end-to-end ownership.
