Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with exposure to banking regulatory compliance.
• Ability to develop relationships and work with internal and external constituents.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with extreme attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Track revenue and sales goals for Compliance Analytics products.
• Monitor KPIs to measure revenue, acquisition, retention, and market share.
• Communicate market strategy, roadmap, and performance to executive management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product management, engineering, delivery, finance) for market strategy execution.
• Act as a product growth champion aligning strategies with customer and sales needs; drive new features and GTM tools.
• Develop business cases with market understanding and data-driven revenue projections.
• Adopt Lean Product Cycle for customer-centric innovation and delivery.
• Prioritize product developments by customer needs and business goals.
• Identify partnerships or acquisitions to strengthen market reach.
• Translate value propositions for target segments for sales enablement.
• Collaborate with other segments for aligned GTM strategies and use PM tools (e.g., ProductPlan).
• Support VPs and Segment Leaders as assigned.
• Contribute thought leadership content for CRA & Fair Lending Colloquium.
