Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Compliance Solutions is seeking a Product Management Associate Director, Market Strategy– Compliance Analytics. This role guides GTM strategy, product development, and roadmaps for the Compliance Analytics and Wiz suite, working with engineering, marketing, and sales to maximize revenue and customer value.

The position requires a strong market orientation, leadership, and collaboration across large cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with exposure to banking regulatory compliance.
Experience building relationships with internal and external constituents.
Strong presentation and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Track revenue and sales goals for Compliance Analytics products.
Measure KPIs: revenue, customer acquisition, retention, market share.
Communicate market strategy and performance to executives.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, partnerships, product engineering, and finance.
Act as product growth champion to drive enhancements and GTM tools.
Develop data-driven business cases for markets.
Apply Lean Product Cycle for customer-centric innovation.
Prioritize product development by customer needs and market potential.
Identify strategic partnerships or acquisition targets.
Translate value propositions to target segments for sales enablement.
Collaborate with CS segments to align GTM strategies.
Support VP and Segment Leader as needed.
