Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Lead Product Manager to define the vision and strategy for RDC's evolving client product portfolio. This role sits on the Core Product Strategy team, spanning client-facing products, internal tools, and scalable data products integrated into brokerage ecosystems.

You'll work with executive stakeholders to align investments with the broader portfolio, while shaping pricing, packaging, and lead economics at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience Shipping strategy in client-facing marketplaces.
• Experience partnering with data and engineering teams on prioritization and scaling.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision for client interaction with RDC's products and shape the client portfolio roadmap.
• Own product strategy and roadmap across client-facing products, internal tools, and data products.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to scale capabilities from prototype to production.
• Design scalable backend integrations for enterprise accounts and data access strategies.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align portfolio strategy with business priorities.
