Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Lead Product Manager in Austin, TX to define vision and strategy for RDC’s client product portfolio, spanning client-facing products, internal tools, and data products.

You will work with executives to align investment with the portfolio, partner with engineering and data teams to scale capabilities, and shape pricing and packaging for enterprise customers.

The role emphasizes data access, integration, and driving adoption and business results across large accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experience shipping product strategy at scale for client-facing, two-sided marketplaces or lead-generation.
• Technical fluency in data pipelines and scale considerations.
• Experience partnering with data and engineering teams on prioritization and tradeoffs.
• Understanding of enterprise pricing, packaging, and lead economics.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision for client interactions with RDC products and reimagine workflows around insight-driven experiences.
• Own the product strategy and roadmap across the Client portfolio, including data products for external use.
• Translate Core Product Strategy priorities into concrete, sequenced bets with other teams.
• Partner with sales to evolve how leads are packaged, priced, and delivered.
• Define data requirements and ensure data quality for new capabilities.
• Build internal tools to empower Client Product, Sales, and Support teams.
• Design scalable backend integrations for large enterprise accounts.
