Job summary

Express Scripts Pharmacy Benefit Services is seeking a Product Strategy & Development Senior Advisor to independently drive product initiatives that grow profitable volume and enhance customer experience within Express Scripts Pharmacies.

The role involves identifying new solutions, evaluating feasibility, and developing business cases across market assessment, pricing, requirements, benefit design, care models, and product positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree or MBA desirable.
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare / PBM.
• Experience in supply chain, product, strategic planning, program management and regulated markets (Medicare / Medicaid).
• Understanding of PBM technology systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; ability to influence cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Understand market trends, customer demands, unmet needs, and capture feedback.
• Collaborate with Evernorth product teams to build coordinated solutions in cross-functional teams.
• Scope, size, and build business cases by articulating strategy and monetization levers.
• Leverage reporting tools to analyze formularies, drug lists, clinical data, and financial models.
• Analyze claims utilization, margins, trends, indications, market share, and KPIs.
• Translate data into insights, identify gaps, and design product features and prototypes.
• Create visualizations of insights using graphs, charts, and reporting tools.
• Project manage initiatives to meet milestones and deliver solutions on schedule.
