Job summary

The Cigna Group, through Evernorth Health Services, seeks a Product Strategy & Development Senior Advisor to lead initiatives for Express Scripts Home Delivery Pharmacies. You will identify new solutions, build business cases, and guide product development from market assessment to care design.

You will collaborate with multiple functions, analyze data and translate insights into actionable concepts, while managing projects to ensure on-time delivery and customer value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience within healthcare / PBM industry
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Advanced degree or MBA desirable
• Experience in supply chain, product, strategic planning, program management and regulated markets (Medicare / Medicaid)
• Understanding of PBM technology systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to collaborate cross-functional and influence without authority
• Ability to break down complex problems into their component parts
• Proficiency in evaluating data and driving action to create additional value
• Comfort working in ambiguous or new situations, aptitude for taking a structured approach to diagnosing problems, analyzing alternatives, recommending and implementing best solutions

Responsibilities

• Understand the market by researching trends, identify customer demands, define unmet needs, and analyze feedback
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build coordinated solutions and explore new product concepts
• Scope, size, and create business cases by articulating strategy, monetization levers, and feasibility
• Leverage reporting tools to analyze formularies, drug lists, clinical data, and financial models
• Analyze claims utilization, margins, trends, and market share to inform decisions
• Translate data into insights, identify needs gaps, and design product features
• Create visualizations of insights using graphs and reporting tools
• Project manage initiatives to hit milestones and deliver solutions on schedule
