Job summary

The Cigna Group's Evernorth Health Services division seeks a Product Strategy & Development Senior Advisor to drive product initiatives for Express Scripts Pharmacies. You will identify new solutions, assess feasibility, and build compelling business cases across market assessment, pricing strategy, and care model design.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, translate data into actionable insights, and manage initiatives to deliver on schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience within healthcare / PBM industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Advanced degree or MBA desirable
• Experience in supply chain, product, strategic planning, program management and regulated markets (Medicare / Medicaid)
• Understanding of PBM technology systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority
• Ability to break down complex problems into their component parts
• Proficiency in evaluating data and driving action to create additional value
• Comfort working in ambiguous or new situations, aptitude for taking a structured approach to diagnosing problems, analyzing alternatives, recommending and implementing best solutions

Responsibilities

• Understand the market by researching trends, customer demands, unmet needs and jobs-to-be-done.
• Partner with Evernorth product teams to build coordinated solutions.
• Scope, size, and create business cases by articulating strategy and monetization levers.
• Leverage reporting tools to analyze formularies, drug lists, clinical data, and financial models.
• Analyze claims utilization and volume, including margin and market share.
• Translate data into insights by identifying needs gaps and designing product features.
• Create visualizations of insights using graphs and dashboards.
• Project manage initiatives to hit milestones and deliver on schedule
