Qualificações

• 8+ years in healthcare / PBM industry.
• Experience in supply chain, product, strategic planning, program management, and regulated markets.
• Understanding of PBM technology systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Research market trends and customer needs, define unmet needs and jobs-to-be-done.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build coordinated solutions.
• Scope, size and build business cases; articulate strategy and monetization levers.
• Analyze formularies, clinical data, and financial models using reporting tools.
• Translate data into insights, design features, and create concepts & prototypes.
• Create visualizations of insights using graphs and reporting tools.
• Manage projects to hit milestones and deliver solutions on schedule.
