Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Software to lead strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and lifecycle for a pharmacy automation software platform. You will translate customer, market, and regulatory insights into an executable plan to improve efficiency and customer value.

You will own a 2–3 year strategy and collaborate with R&D, UX, service, regulatory, and sales teams from discovery through launch and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in product management or related roles.
• Experience with software, SaaS, cloud-enabled products, analytics platforms, or enterprise software.
• Experience managing products across the lifecycle (discovery to end-of-life).
• Strong VOC, customer research, workflow mapping, market analysis, and executive communication.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management in a global matrix.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the 2–3‑year product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead VOC, market research, competitive intelligence, and customer immersion.
• Translate insights into prioritized user needs, business cases, roadmap, and metrics.
• Partner with R&D, UX, service & support, implementation, quality, regulatory, sales, and regional marketing.
• Support commercialization including positioning, pricing, launch planning, and enablement.
• Represent customer and business needs within a cross‑functional core team.
• Communicate roadmap updates, VOC findings, and trade‑offs to stakeholders.
