CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Product Strategy Advisor for Personal Lines — Remote. You will serve as a strategic business consultant and market expert, providing regulatory insights, trend analysis, and business impact assessments to guide strategy and operations.

The role leads cross-functional projects, supports product implementation, and delivers data-driven recommendations to influence leadership decisions. Remote-first role with collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of related work experience with typically 5+ years in the personal lines P&C industry.
• Prior experience in state product management roles or related functions (pricing, product strategy and development, data science).
• Deep understanding of state insurance regulatory landscape, market, rates, rules and forms.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with ability to present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Researches and stays current on local regulatory conditions.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives and advises senior leadership on market changes.
• Translates data-driven findings into policy, process changes, and strategic recommendations.
• Presents to senior management up to VP level.
• Supports new product implementation as the SME in the local market.
• Mentors and trains less seasoned team members.
