Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks a Product Strategy Advisor for Personal Lines, working remote across the United States. The role serves as a strategic business consultant, translating regulatory changes and market trends into actionable initiatives for senior leadership.

You will lead cross-functional projects, support product implementation, and deliver data-driven recommendations to influence strategy and operations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of related work experience with typically 5+ years in personal lines P&C.
• Experience in state product management roles or related functions (pricing, product strategy, data science).
• Deep understanding of state insurance regulatory landscape and market, including rate, rules and forms.
• Excellent understanding of insurance products.
• Outstanding analytical and processing skills with ability to see the big picture and make solid recommendations
• Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate clearly to a wide variety of partners.
• Ability to lead through influence and drive work forward
• Ability to conduct meetings and deliver formal presentations
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Expert knowledge of insurance concepts

Responsibilities

• Researches local regulatory conditions.
• Present analyses to management and advise on market changes and regulatory responses.
• Identify emerging trends in the territory and report findings to leadership.
• Translate analysis into process changes and strategic recommendations.
• Provide interpretation and insight on proposals; act as a business consultant to partners.
• Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Present to senior management up to VP level.
• Support new product implementation as SME in the local market.
• Mentor and train less experienced team members.
• Collaborate across the organization at all levels
