CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a Product Strategy Advisor for Personal Lines—Remote, with responsibility for regulatory insights, market trends, and cross-functional strategy execution in multiple states. The role supports product implementation and advises senior leadership with data-driven recommendations.

The candidate will lead strategic analyses, collaborate across teams, and mentor others while ensuring alignment with insurance regulations and product goals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of related work experience in personal lines P&C.
• Experience in state product management roles or related functions (pricing, product strategy, data science).
• Deep understanding of state insurance regulatory landscape and market.
• Excellent understanding of insurance products.
• Outstanding analytical and processing skills with big-picture thinking.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse partners.
• Ability to lead through influence and drive work forward.
• Ability to conduct meetings and deliver formal presentations.
• Strong organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
• Expert knowledge of insurance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Researches and stays current on local regulatory conditions.
• Presents findings to management and advises on market approaches and regulatory responses.
• Identifies emerging trends in the territory and analyzes data.
• Translates analyses into process changes and strategy recommendations.
• Acts as a business consultant to internal partners and guides outcomes.
• Leads cross-functional projects and mentors team members.
• Drafts policy language with minimal Legal assistance.
