Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Product Sourcing Engineer to drive strategic supply network development across hardware lifecycles. You will collaborate with suppliers, engineering, quality, and manufacturing to optimize cost and lead times.

You will conduct supplier selection, accelerate product development, build manufacturing BOMs, manage CAPEX for NPIs, and push for cost improvements across the product lifecycle. This role requires travel and onsite Huntsville, AL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field.
• 5+ years in sourcing engineering or supplier development.
• Experience with electronics or mechanical devices.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and relocate onsite in Huntsville, AL.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier selection using approved supplier list.
• Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development.
• Develop manufacturing BOMs with Quality & Manufacturing teams.
• Manage CAPEX during NPI.
• Lead cost engineering to converge costs toward product cost and optimize TCO.
• Reduce BOM complexity through supplier rationalization and value engineering.
