Chubb is seeking a Senior Manager Product Services to lead Financial Lines product practices in the United States. You will harness leadership, underwriting, and regulatory insights to drive compliant, market-ready products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry with Financial Lines knowledge preferred.
• Leadership experience of at least 5 years.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in product management and regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Financial Product Line Support staff with direct oversight of daily activities.
• Support Financial Lines to ensure product filings comply with statutes and regulations; participate in audits.
• Lead development and ongoing support for Financial Lines with speed-to-market focus.
• Provide clear communications with Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, and State Regulators.
• Collaborate with IT and other units to meet product handoff dates and filing requirements.
• Improve quality of Financial Lines filings to reduce objections and refile needs.
• Work with AI team to improve processes and reduce manual work.
