Job summary

Chubb, a global insurer, seeks an Executive or Senior Underwriter for Financial Lines/Private Not for Profit in Dallas. The role drives growth and profitability for management liability within the territory, building producer relationships and cross-selling across commercial products.

You will collaborate with underwriting, operations and marketing, negotiate terms, and ensure service standards while leveraging market insights to guide risk selection and pricing.

Qualifications

• Underwrite Financial Lines (D&O, EPL, Fiduciary Liability, Crime, WPV, Kidnap & Ransom).
• Demonstrated proficiency in sales, marketing and negotiation.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for growth and profitability of the Financial Lines/Private Not for Profit book within the Dallas territory.
• Develop market penetration and manage producer and customer relationships.
• Develop agency strategy and monitor progress toward goals.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities within commercial products for the personal book of business.
• Solicit, analyze, and document risk within PNP guidelines; set pricing and terms for new business and renewals.
• Meet with producers and renewal customers to present products and educate on new rolls out.
• Collaborate with underwriters, operations, claims, marketing and home office product management.
• Consistently meet service standards and industry intelligence sharing.
