Qualifications

• Develop and file Commercial Lines products, amendments, coverages, and rating plans.
• Manage forms, rules, and rating plans for regulatory compliance.
• Lead rate/rule/form changes in policy issuance systems.
• Direct Commercial Lines filings to ensure timely approvals with input from actuarial.
• Draft state amendatory language and analyze regulatory changes.
• Provide technical advice on policy issuance systems used by Commercial Lines.
• Support regulatory audits and Market Conduct Examinations.
• Create reference tools for internal guides.
• Prepare filings for SERFF and respond to objections.
• Monitor ISO changes and communicate impact.
• Manage special projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and file new Commercial Lines products and amendments.
• Maintain and update forms, rules, and rating plans for compliance.
• Implement rate/rule/form changes in the policy issuance system.
• Direct and shepherd filings through SERFF and regulatory reviews.
• Provide input from actuarial and business units on filings.
• Assist in regulatory audits and market conduct examinations.
