Intuit is seeking a senior security leader to build and scale a team of engineers responsible for product security across its ecosystem. You will shape strategies around AI/agentic security and drive automation across reviews, tooling, and workflows.

You will partner with business and engineering leaders to surface risks early, set security standards, and deliver durable trust in Intuit products, including new AI experiences and architectures.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in security engineering, product security, or related field.
• Proven leadership of managers or senior ICs, with ability to drive programs end-to-end.
• Deep expertise in application security, threat modeling, and cloud security (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of security engineers at staff, senior staff, and principal levels.
• Own delivery and quality of the full product security portfolio across Intuit ecosystem.
• Reinvent security processes with automation and agent-first workflows.
• Drive the shift from human-first to agent-first reviews and approvals.
• Define baseline security controls and partner with platform teams to embed them.
• Align security work with business goals and communicate risk to executives.
• Develop program metrics and report progress to leadership.
