Job summary

Intuit is seeking a dynamic Senior Security Engineering Leader to build and grow a high‑performing team focused on product security across our ecosystem. You will drive a transformative program leveraging automation and AI‑assisted triage, aligning security with business impact and executive risk posture.

You will partner with business and engineering leaders to embed secure design early, improve reviews and risk assessments, and raise the security bar for AI and agentic systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security engineering, product security, or app security.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of security engineers at senior/lead levels.
• Own delivery and quality of the product security portfolio across Intuit.
• Reinvent security processes with automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Drive the shift from human-first to agent-first security practices.
• Define baseline security controls and embed them in platforms.
• Collaborate with executives to surface risks and guide investments.
• Measure program effectiveness with key metrics and reports.
