Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and delivering world-class platform products in Product Management, especially identity systems.
• Experience leading and coaching teams to success.
• Technical depth in SaaS development with engagement with engineering teams.
• Demonstrated data-driven approach delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong program and cross‑functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the vision and strategy for the Intuit Account lifecycle from onboarding to stale account management.
• Help Quickbooks customers work seamlessly with their employees and expand their business network.
• Provide product thought leadership by identifying customer requirements and designing scalable services.
• Work with architects and engineers to design secure, scalable solutions.
• Drive the roadmap and execution from MVP to significant impact.
• Partner with program management to nail project execution across teams.
• Engage with Intuit business teams to align requirements and priorities.
• Spend time with end-users to understand pain points and derive insights.
• Represent the team in meetings and customer/partner events.
