Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Product Risk Execution professional within the Global Payments Solutions (GPS) organization in the United States. The role focuses on elevating risk governance for product managers, streamlining risk processes, and partnering with senior leaders across controls, compliance, and operations to ensure Responsible Growth.

You will guide risk assessments and regulatory change activities across the Global Liquidity Product team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Transaction Banking product management and risk management.
• 3+ years in Transaction Banking / Cash Management product management or development.
• 3+ years risk management in business controls / operational risk / compliance / financial crimes.
• Experience discussing with internal Audit/Compliance/regulators.
• Experience leading large cross-functional projects in a global bank.

Responsibilities

• Enable risk governance across the Global Liquidity Product team and SPI, PRA, and related processes.
• Coordinate with Business Controls, COO, Global Banking Risk, and GCOR on risk matters.
• Lead risk assessments, issue documentation, and action plans with product managers.
• Support regulatory change management and respond to audit inquiries as needed.
• Monitor KPIs and report on control metrics and risk indicators across GPS products.
