Qualifications

• Experience in both Transaction Banking product management and risk management.
• 3+ years Transaction Banking / Cash Management product management or product development experience, preferably with a Payments background.
• 3+ years risk management experience in business controls/operational risk/compliance/financial crimes/Audit/Sanctions/AML.
• Experience in managing discussions with internal Audit/Compliance/external Regulators.
• Experience leading large cross-functional projects in a global financial institution.
• Familiarity with banking and payments regulatory environment.
• Familiarity with sanctions regulations impacting Transaction Banking.
• Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced global environment and adapt to change.
• Self-starter who can act independently and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Direct report to Global Head of GPS Product Risk Execution; matrixed to Global Liquidity Executive.
• Enable risk governance across the Global Liquidity Product team and SPI, PRA, SPIs, and related artifacts.
• Engage with senior leaders across Business Controls, COO, Global Banking Risk, and GFC on GPS risk matters.
• Manage regular routines with Product executives to review issues, watch items, and new initiatives.
• Lead product risk assessments, SPIs, and related documentation; ensure timely remediation and escalation as needed.
• Advise Product Managers on audits, TRA requests, and regulatory inquiries.
• Monitor key risk indicators across GPS products and related control metrics.
