Job summary

You will support product managers with risk expertise, ensuring governance and timely delivery of risk deliverables across Merchant Services, Global Receivables, and Global Cash Products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Process Design, Business Controls, Risk Management, Product Risk, or related risk functions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn complex products and drive deliverables to completion.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate requirements and risks.

Responsibilities

• Execute Product Risk requirements within established timelines.
• Lead risk activities across third parties, applications, and data.
• Engage across Product, Technology, Business Controls, Risk to resolve dependencies.
• Translate risk requirements into actionable product deliverables for GPS products.
• Proactively track deliverables, identify gaps, and escalate risks when needed.
• Identify repeatable processes, tools, and reporting to improve execution across GPS Product teams.
