Job summary

Bank of America seeks a Product Risk Execution lead within Global Payments Solutions in Charlotte, NC. This role partners with product managers to elevate risk governance and ensure alignment with Responsible Growth objectives.

You will collaborate with senior leaders across control partners and regulators, drive risk assessments and process improvements, and oversee cross-functional initiatives to strengthen product risk management across GPS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Transaction Banking / Cash Management product management experience.
• 3+ years risk management in controls/operational risk/compliance/ AML.
• Experience with internal Audit/Compliance/regulators.
• Experience leading large cross-functional projects in a global bank.
• Familiarity with banking and payments regulatory environment.
• Familiarity with sanctions regulations impacting Transaction Banking.

Responsibilities

• Direct report to the Global Head of GPS Product Risk Execution.
• Enable risk governance across the Global Liquidity Product team.
• Engage senior leaders of control partners and regulators on risk matters.
• Lead regular reviews of open issues, watch items, and regulatory changes.
• Oversee creation and closure of risk deliverables such as PRA and SPI.
• Monitor KPIs and risk indicators across GPS products.
