Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Product Risk Execution professional to support the Global Payments Solutions (GPS) organization. You will translate enterprise risk requirements into actionable product deliverables and drive risk activities across Product Managers and key stakeholders.

You will proactively manage deliverables, identify gaps, coordinate resolution, and accelerate execution while collaborating with Product, Technology, and Risk teams to ensure governance and compliance across Merchant

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Process Design, Business Controls, Risk Management, Product Risk, or related risk functions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn complex products, processes, and risk requirements and independently drive assigned deliverables through completion.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines while adapting to changing business priorities.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate requirements, issues, risks, and required actions.
• Demonstrated ability to connect the dots across organizational silos, think outside the box, and apply an enterprise mindset.
• Ability to proactively identify, resolve, or appropriately escalate issues and barriers to maintain execution timelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Execute Product Risk requirements within established timelines.
• Manage/lead assigned risk activities, including those related to third parties, applications, and data, identifying Product requirements, dependencies, and actions needed for completion.
• Engage and influence across Product, Technology, Business Controls, Risk, and other stakeholders to resolve dependencies and execution barriers.
• Translate enterprise risk requirements into clear, actionable Product deliverables aligned with GPS products and business processes.
• Proactively track deliverables, identify gaps, coordinate resolution, and elevate risks when appropriate.
• Identify recurring execution challenges and implement repeatable processes, tools, and reporting to improve consistency, transparency, and execution across GPS Product teams.
