Job summary

Bank of America is recruiting for a Product Risk Execution role within the Global Payments Solutions (GPS) organization. The position focuses on translating enterprise risk requirements into actionable product deliverables and driving risk-related execution across the GPS Product teams.

You will work with Product Managers, Technology, and other controls functions to ensure timely risk deliverables, dependencies are managed, and risks are elevated when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Process Design, Business Controls, Risk Management, Product Risk, or related risk functions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn complex products, processes and risk requirements and drive deliverables to completion.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate requirements, issues, risks and actions.

Responsibilities

• Execute Product Risk requirements within established timelines.
• Manage/lead risk activities including third parties, applications and data, identifying requirements and actions.
• Engage across Product, Technology, Business Controls and Risk to resolve dependencies.
• Translate enterprise risk requirements into actionable Product deliverables.
• Proactively track deliverables, identify gaps, and elevate risks as needed.
• Identify recurring challenges and implement repeatable processes, tools and reporting.
