Job summary

Bank of America’s GPS Product Risk Execution team elevates risk management as a strategic function. You’ll partner with product managers across Merchant Services, Global Receivables, and Global Cash Products to translate risk requirements into actionable deliverables.

You will manage deliverables, identify gaps, coordinate with stakeholders, and escalate risks to ensure timely execution and continuous process improvement across GPS product teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Process Design, Business Controls, Risk Management, Product Risk, or related risk functions.

Responsibilities

• Execute risk requirements within established timelines.
• Coordinate across Product, Technology, Business Controls, Risk, and other stakeholders.
• Translate enterprise risk requirements into clear, actionable deliverables aligned with GPS products and business processes.
• Proactively track deliverables, identify gaps, coordinate resolution, and elevate risks when appropriate.
• Identify recurring execution challenges and implement repeatable processes, tools, and reporting to improve consistency, transparency, and execution across GPS Product teams.
