Pitney Bowes is seeking a strategic product leader to own the Production Shipping product, guiding enterprise customers through high‑stakes decisions and turning customer insight into scalable platform strategy. You will collaborate across engineering, design, sales, and customer success to define vertical roadmaps, close legacy gaps, and drive revenue growth while maintaining compliance‑heavy workflows.

• 6–10 years in enterprise product management, including 3+ years in logistics or shipping tech.
• Deep domain expertise in production shipping workflows, multi-location fulfillment, carrier routing, LTL/TL.
• Vertical knowledge in pharma, retail, 3PL, or manufacturing.
• Executive‑level communication with VP/C‑suite stakeholders.
• Full lifecycle ownership including research, competitive analysis, launch and adoption.
• Platform thinking balancing scalability with customization.
• Cross‑functional leadership across engineering, design, sales, and partnerships.
• Analytical rigor: data‑driven decision making and ROI measurement.

• Own the product strategy for Production Shipping and define vertical roadmaps.
• Close legacy gaps and modernize the shipping platform for high‑volume, multi‑DC, LTL/TL workloads.
• Drive enterprise customer success for 400+ strategic accounts and align with roadmap priorities.
• Partner with field sales on consultative deals ($100K–$500K ACV) and provide product expertise.
• Translate customer insight into clear requirements, user stories and prioritization.
• Lead cross‑functional execution with engineering, design, partnerships, sales and customer success.
• Measure business performance including revenue growth, activation, adoption, PSAT and churn reduction.
• Maintain competitive intelligence and identify opportunities to extend capabilities.
