Undisclosed is a fully remote, globally distributed technology company empowering creators to grow their audiences. We seek a Lead Product Legal to own privacy, AI, and compliance initiatives across products and platforms.

You will be the primary in-house legal expert, shaping data practices, guiding policy, and partnering with product and commercial teams to ensure compliant growth globally.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active State Bar licensure required.
• Expertise in Privacy, GDPR, CCPA and SOC 2.
• Strong contract negotiation and IP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own GDPR and data compliance in US/EU.
• Build privacy systems and security questionnaires.
• Support commercial contracts.
