Qualifications

• J.D. degree required.
• Admission to practice in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 6+ years of product legal counseling and regulatory compliance or privacy law experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage and operationalize the product counseling workflow and end-to-end product launch lifecycle.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs/DPIAs) and implement privacy-by-design measures.
• Review AI and machine learning initiatives for privacy, data use risk, and model training practices.
• Negotiate and maintain product-related commercial agreements, including Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
