Unknown is building and operating digital services with a global and fully remote workforce. The role focuses on providing expert legal guidance across privacy, regulatory, and product matters to support distributed teams.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and trust & safety to ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and related digital advertising laws, while developing scalable compliance programs for a global footprint.

Qualifications

• JD required with 5+ years of legal experience.
• Familiarity with DSA, online safety acts, and privacy laws.
• Experience with privacy/regulatory compliance programs and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex product, privacy, and regulatory matters.
• Support product, engineering, marketing, and trust & safety teams.
• Develop scalable compliance processes and monitor global regulations.
