• 13+ years of experience in product strategy or management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Payments/credit card expertise.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and operate with increasing independence.
• Executive communication skills including the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new product opportunities and enhancements based on customer insights, market trends, and business needs.
• Develop actionable product strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with strategic partners and other ICBA subsidiaries.
• Drive execution across the product lifecycle while contributing insights that inform product strategy and effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring stakeholder and team alignment and high-quality execution.
• Partner cross-functionally with technology, operations, risk, marketing, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
• Develop comprehensive solution/product requirements, document use cases, and translate client and sales feedback into actionable product enhancements.
• Evaluate and manage partnerships with both internal/external stakeholders and 3rd party vendors.
• Present strategic recommendations and results to executive leadership.
