Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Payments & Strategic Partnerships to lead embedded banking and payment solutions for ISVs, Vertical SaaS providers, marketplaces, and software platforms.

The role defines product strategy, owns roadmaps, manages partner integrations, and coordinates cross-functional delivery across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Treasury Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years experience with card processing, ACH, settlement and funding, merchant onboarding, payment facilitators (PayFac), embedded finance ecosystems, and API-driven platforms.
• 7+ years experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
• 7+ years experience with analytics and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end money movement and settlement experiences.
• Develop onboarding, activation, and servicing workflows.
• Establish integration requirements including APIs and webhooks.
• Defining operational, support, reporting, and reconciliation capabilities.
• Managing product lifecycle from ideation through commercialization.
• Support HOA banking and payments capabilities, including integrated payment acceptance and treasury services.
• Drive integration discussions with fintech and processing partners.
• Define integration standards including APIs, embedded components, and developer experiences.
