Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of experience in financial services, strategy execution, or transformation.
• Experience supporting senior executives or operating in a strategic program management role.
• Strong familiarity with product management lifecycles, payments, go-to-market execution, and regulated financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into execution roadmaps, milestones, and accountability structures.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, including product launches, payments strategy, and customer journey improvements.
• Develop executive dashboards and deliver communications for leadership updates and Board-level reporting.
