Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking a Product Business Development Manager IV to support the Family of Apps partnerships. This individual contributor will drive partnership initiatives, align across product, partnerships, marketing, legal, finance and engineering, and help define strategy and execution.

You will negotiate long-term and test-and-learn agreements, analyze markets and trends, track KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in tech, business development or a related field.
• Subject matter expertise in technology, entertainment and product integrations.
• Knowledge of social media, digital business models and internet/consumer technology.
• Experience solving complex problems under tight timelines.
• Skill in communication and consensus-building.
• Experience building and presenting pitch and briefing materials.
• BS or BA.

Responsibilities

• Execute partnership strategy to address product problems/opportunity.
• Negotiate long-term and/or test & learn partnerships with strategic partners and guide their implementation.
• Support alignment of partnership solutions across multiple teams, accounting for downstream dependencies.
• Analyze markets, targets, trends and synthesize recommendations into actionable plans.
• Track and report on measurable KPIs for deals with product, partnerships and finance.
• Coordinate cross-functional working groups to drive decisions related to product partnerships.
