Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in product management, business analysis, or related area.
• Strong insurance domain knowledge in property & casualty.

Responsibilities

• Own major product domains and initiatives spanning multiple departments.
• Lead discovery, requirements facilitation, and solution development for complex challenges.
• Identify dependencies across teams and communicate them clearly.
• Define success measures and analyze performance to guide decisions.
