Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, IT, insurance, or related field.
• Typically 7+ years in product management, business analysis, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and high impact.
• Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance operations and processes (5+ years).
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own major value streams or strategic initiatives spanning departments and systems.
• Lead discovery, requirements facilitation, and solution development for complex challenges.
• Identify dependencies across teams, systems, and stakeholders.
• Evaluate proposed solutions against business objectives and dependencies.
• Develop investment framing including value, risk, effort, and success metrics.
• Define success measures and analyze performance to guide product decisions.
• Coach Product Owners and Associates on roadmap logic and backlog quality.
• Drive adoption of product management best practices and team maturity.
