Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of the P&C insurance industry and product domain.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management with diverse perspectives.
• High proficiency in engaging customers and end users.
• Proficient in market and competitive research.
• Strong data collection/analysis for informed decisions.
• Experience with agile requirements and lifecycles.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and operating at strategic/tactical levels.
• Experience with regulated products and formal processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize product strategies into actionable delivery plans for multiple agile teams.
• Own end-to-end value delivery and outcomes with stakeholders across IT and business.
• Act as customer advocate, gather feedback, and incorporate outcomes into product scope.
• Conduct market and competitive research and apply findings to initiatives.
• Analyze data to inform prioritization and business value.
• Foster a product mindset across teams and manage dependencies.
• Prioritize user stories with Product Manager and Business Analysts.
• Lead demos of business value and guide agile ceremonies and improvements.
• Communicate impacts of changes and manage team-level status reporting.
