Job summary

SRI Tech Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Insurance Technology in Union Beach, NJ.

You will lead the product vision, strategy, and Agile delivery for digital insurance operations, translating business needs into clear requirements and a prioritized backlog. You will work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, drive user adoption, and continuously improve products.

Qualifications

7+ years leading product ownership or product management in insurance tech.
Strong knowledge of insurance policies, billing, underwriting, claims and client servicing.
Proven ability to translate business needs into epics, features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, roadmap, and measurable business outcomes.
Partner with stakeholders to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Lead discovery workshops, process mapping, and requirements sessions.
Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Own and prioritize backlog based on value, risk, and impact.
Collaborate with engineering, UX, QA, and data teams in Agile ceremonies.
Evaluate options, manage scope, and resolve gaps for delivery decisions.
Support UAT, release readiness, and post-launch improvements.
Analyze data flows, integrations, and data quality.
