Job summary
Inhabit is seeking a senior technical product leader to guide insurance technology capabilities. This role connects business strategy with product execution across engineering, data, support, and operations to enhance speed, accuracy, scalability, and user experience.
The Director will shape priorities, translate requirements, manage backlog, and partner with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market planning, launch readiness, adoption, and post-launch performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, business, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management or related technology delivery roles.
- Proven ability to lead product work for SaaS platforms and enterprise tech solutions.
- Experience using modern product tools including AI-assisted development, Aha!, and Cursor for prototyping and validation.
Responsibilities
- Set product direction for insurance technology platforms by turning business goals into an actionable plan.
- Balance near-term delivery with long-term platform needs, considering compliance and usability.
