Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial property claims, including large loss and catastrophe management.
• Experience managing vendor networks and leading high-performing teams.
• Must maintain state licenses and complete continuing education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial property claims team and ensure timely, accurate resolution of complex claims.
• Develop KPIs, participate in performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with the Senior VP and Chief Claims Officer on vision, planning, and execution for a best-in-class operation.
• Use analytics to identify trends and improve reserving and loss costs.
• Oversee internal quality audits and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Collaborate with reinsurers, actuaries, and vendors to ensure strong relationships and service excellence.
