Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Owner to prioritize and oversee the development team’s work, ensuring maximum value from product outcomes. You will define user stories, clarify requirements, and manage the backlog to deliver high-quality features.

You will collaborate with the Product Manager, work with stakeholders to understand end-user needs, and translate business priorities into actionable tasks for multiple Agile delivery teams, with occasional travel to Humana offices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience representing business or technology in technology implementations and/or product/project management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, meeting facilitation, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Critical thinker who can anticipate team needs and deliver high quality work.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct day-to-day interaction with the development team and the scrum master.
• Partner with the Product Manager to define and prioritize product backlog based on the strategic vision/roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand end-user needs and shape requirements.
• Translate business priorities to technical team members by documenting user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proactively manage risks to avoid delivery delays.
• Confirm product quality and validate it meets customer needs.
